Ugu South Coast Tourism (USCT) continues to support KZN South Coast tourism establishments through the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic by supplying updated information and creating platforms to promote local tourism. As South Africa welcomes domestic and international tourists, it is essential that all local tourism establishments are completely prepared in terms of Covid-19 health and safety protocols. Some of the ways USCT is assisting tourism establishments is:

• Sharing of informative videos;
• Uploading the latest government legislation;
• Creating and sharing of free, downloadable resources and posters for product owners to use in their establishments;
• Creating the free, user-friendly ‘Explore KZN South Coast’ app – available from Google Play or Apple stores – which shares local tourism news, activities, sites and accommodation; and
• Promoting local tourism establishments across various print and online media platforms, including promoting any specials.
